Good things here
There is ample amount of parking space in the society. Garbage collection is fantastic as timely collections are done. Water supply is good in the society, no such problems are faced regarding water supply. Water logging issues are not faced at all, drainange system of the society is good. I have also not faced any electricity issues. The ventilation is very good. Society is very peaceful. Designated parking space is alloted to all. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. There are 2 Lifts available and it is maintained properly in the society. People are pet friendly and People are decent and cooperative towards each other in the society Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park and central parks are available in the society.
Things need improvement
The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. I feel that the RWA does not maintain the society nicely. Occationally public transport is available, Everytime public transport is not available outside the society. Very limited autos are available. Issues are not resolved on time, continuous follow ups has to be done. The constructuion quality is not good in the Building, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced a lot in the society. There is no balcony in my flat. Plaster quality is very poor.

The roads in the area are well-kept, The society experiences no water supply or drainage issues, indicating a well-functioning infrastructure. Garbage collection is conducted promptly, with separate disposal methods for wet and dry waste. The society boasts good construction quality, with no reported issues of seepage or leakage in the buildings. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and children's play area are accessible and operational, enhancing residents' quality of life. The educated and cooperative residents often come together to celebrate festivals and events, fostering a sense of unity and belonging.
Things need improvement
Metro station is far from the society. I don't think there are any improvements required in the society. I've not faced any issues, the society is quite old but everything is maintained very well.

Good things here
The people here are incredibly friendly, helpful, and cooperative, which creates such a welcoming atmosphere. I love that it's pet-friendly too; it makes it feel like a real home for everyone, including our furry friends. The construction quality of the flats is impressive. They're spacious and well-ventilated, providing a comfortable living space. And having amenities like the swimming pool, club house, and garden available and well-maintained adds so much to the overall experience. I really appreciate that maintenance tasks, like garbage collection, are always done on time. It keeps everything clean and organized. On a positive note, I'm glad to hear that security within the society is excellent. Feeling safe and secure in one's home environment is essential for peace of mind.
Things need improvement
Improving the roads around our society is definitely a priority. The frequent damage and resulting blockages cause major commuting issues for everyone. It's crucial for the convenience and safety of residents that these roads are upgraded and maintained properly.

Good things here
Connetivity is great. Everything within 1km range. Construction quality is very good. Swimming pool, garden, clubhouse are well maintained. Social life is great. Parking is sufficient. Its a secured society.

There is traffic issue near main road.

Good things here
The society has open spaces with excellent lighting, a well-maintained clubhouse that hosts proper activities, and overall good maintenance. The KEM hospital is very close to the society, and in every aspect, the society is excellent with no problems.
Things need improvement
Construction work was frequently underway near the society, leading to poor road conditions with dirt and dust accumulation. The roads needed to be properly constructed to alleviate these issues. Additionally, traffic congestion was often encountered when traveling outside�the�society

Good things here
All the modern amenities like swimming pool,club hiuse,gym area kids play area,club house in the society.Connectivity is really good there is near by railway station and even bus stop is there near by the society.Society is easily connected with east sewri and west sewri.
Things need improvement
Poor construction quality like leakage and seepage issues are there in the society.tenants has to pay extra charges to use amenities in the society.

Visitors parking and basement parking hai. gym swimming pool, play area club house ache se maintained hai. society bohot clean hai. highway connected hai. flats m balconies bhi hai.
Things need improvement
Society ke bahar thoda bohot traffic ka issue ata hai. yaha per metro abhi tak aayi nhi hai kam chal raha hai. local transportation ke liye sir taxi hi milti hai auto or bus nhi hai.

There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. From outside the society is very good. facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All the amenities are well maintained. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the buildings are not good, seepage, termite and leakage issues are faced. The size of the flats are too small.
