Good things here
Living in this society has its upsides. First off, it's easy to get around because it's close to markets and transportation. The apartments are nice and roomy, giving folks plenty of space to live comfortably. Plus, there are lots of cool things to do like going to the club, gym, parks, and playgrounds. The management does a good job of keeping things tidy and clean, which is always nice. And there's a real sense of community with all the activities and groups that bring people together.
Things need improvement
The area can get pretty busy, especially with traffic. Some people have mentioned that the quality of the buildings isn't perfect, so there might be a few issues. And while there are lots of fun things to do, the fees for maintenance and amenities can add up.

Good things here
Great society the positive side includes nice green areas and a fancy club that feels like a luxury hotel. It's handy having shops right there in the compound. Plus, they've got a big playground and top-notch gym facilities for staying fit. It seems like there's a strong sense of community spirit, with folks getting involved in society events and activities.
Things need improvement
Getting around can be tough without a metro, and the traffic can be a pain. Some people aren't happy with how the buildings are made and say there are problems with leaks and stuff. Plus, they think the fees they pay for maintenance are too high, especially when they don't see much improvement. And they're not too sure about how well the security folks are doing their job.

club, swimming pool, banquet, community hall, kids play area. lot of space between towers to have free flow air and sunlight. Great Location. Hospitals, Schools, Markets, Malls ,Police station are all in close vicinity.
Things need improvement
Not much though as society is well equipped with almost all amenities. Maintenance team could have been more proactive though

The maintenance and security services in our society are commendable. There is a strong emphasis on providing excellent security measures, particularly for the safety of women and children.

The construction material used in our society is of poor quality, leading to frequent dampness issues that require repeated painting of the walls. Unfortunately, seepage problems persist despite these efforts.
