The society faces traffic congestion issues on the main road, causing delays and inconvenience to residents, impacting their commute and daily activities.

The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. Security is reliable, with CCTV in place, and parking, including guest parking, is ample and convenient. Connectivity is excellent, with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Maintenance is well-handled, with regular cleaning and quick garbage collection. There are no problems with stray dogs. The construction quality is solid with no seepage, leakage, or cracks in the walls. The amenities, like the garden, children's play area, swimming pool, and gym, meet all my needs.
I am very happy with this place. There is nothing to dislike about living here and I have no complaints at all and find everything to my satisfaction.

We have a large party hall used for festivals and events. Location-wise, a bank, ATM, bus stop, supermarket, and grocery stores are within 1 km. The road quality is good, and there are functional street lights and ample parking space. Amenities include a children's play area, walking track, and gym. Maintenance is excellent, with well-cleaned floors, good water and power supply, and well-functioning lifts. Construction ensures no wall leakages and good ventilation in all rooms.
In their society, garbage is not collected in a timely manner, which impacts cleanliness and hygiene. This issue needs to be addressed to improve the overall living conditions for residents.

The maintenance charges were justified in the society. Water was available 24/7, cleanliness was maintained, and the lifts were in good condition. The residents were decent. There were amenities such as a play area, garden, community hall, and gym, all well-maintained. There were no issues with leakage or seepage, and public transport was easily accessible.
Festivals were not celebrated in the society. The building is 11 years old, so there are some cracks. There is no swimming pool in the society, and there is limited greenery.
