Conveniently, there is a nearby bus stop, facilitating easy public transportation access. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, small kids' play area, and available parking contribute to the convenience of living in the estate. The well-maintained green surroundings further enhance the quality of life for residents.

Things need improvement

Living conditions in the society are currently challenging. The diet quality is subpar due to external factors, and there is a significant sewage issue on the premises causing inconvenience. Despite paying for cavity water delivery, installation in the city has not been completed, leading to further frustrations. Communication within the society is lacking, exacerbating issues. While power backups are available, frequent power cuts in the area disrupt daily routines. Sanitation standards are not met, posing health concerns. Maintenance expenses are high, adding to financial burdens for residents. Moreover, the metro station is located far from the estate, approximately 3 km away, and ongoing construction in the vicinity compounds transportation challenges and inconveniences.

The society boasts excellent connectivity, with essential amenities within 1 km, including bus stops, supermarkets, vegetable shops, schools, and hospitals. Cabs are readily available, and online deliveries are prompt. Construction quality is outstanding, with high-quality plaster and woodwork ensuring excellent ventilation and no leakage issues. Amenities such as table tennis, basketball court, gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, walking track, children's play area, and community hall are available. Maintenance charges are reasonable, with daily cleaning of surroundings and regular garbage collection. Reliable water and power supply are ensured.

Good things here

The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. Security is reliable, with CCTV in place, and parking, including guest parking, is ample and convenient. Connectivity is excellent, with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, the railway station, and the airport. Maintenance is well-handled, with regular cleaning and quick garbage collection. There are no problems with stray dogs. The construction quality is solid with no seepage, leakage, or cracks in the walls. The amenities, like the garden, children's play area, swimming pool, and gym, meet all my needs.

We have a large party hall used for festivals and events. Location-wise, a bank, ATM, bus stop, supermarket, and grocery stores are within 1 km. The road quality is good, and there are functional street lights and ample parking space. Amenities include a children's play area, walking track, and gym. Maintenance is excellent, with well-cleaned floors, good water and power supply, and well-functioning lifts. Construction ensures no wall leakages and good ventilation in all rooms.

The maintenance charges were justified in the society. Water was available 24/7, cleanliness was maintained, and the lifts were in good condition. The residents were decent. There were amenities such as a play area, garden, community hall, and gym, all well-maintained. There were no issues with leakage or seepage, and public transport was easily accessible.

Festivals were not celebrated in the society. The building is 11 years old, so there are some cracks. There is no swimming pool in the society, and there is limited greenery.
