Good things here
Water facility is very good, available 24/7. Power backup is available in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis, and indoor games are well-maintained and available within the society, making it a pleasant and comfortable environment. People are friendly and sociable in the community. Hospitals are nearby, within 1-2 kilometers from the society, providing reassurance for residents. The society is located in a relatively peaceful area, with minimal traffic and pollution. The presence of green areas adds to the beauty and serenity of the surroundings. Overall, it's a bustling yet peaceful place to live. However, considering the busy lifestyle, it's advisable to shop for groceries during less crowded times to avoid inconvenience.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is very inconvenient with options like cabs and autos not easily available. Even if we book a cab, it will automatically cancel the auto reservation. Maintenance charges are expencive, around 4000 rupees per month in the society. The metro station is not there near by society.

Living in this society feels like being in its own little world. With shops and cafes conveniently located inside, it's easy to access what you need without having to venture far. The maintenance of the society is outstanding, and it's great to hear that it's pet-friendly too. The abundance of trees adds to the natural beauty and provides a pleasant environment. And for families with children, having a dedicated kids' swimming pool is a fantastic amenity.
Things need improvement
The lack of public transport and difficulty in finding autos and cabs can make getting around a challenge. Additionally, with inadequate lighting at night, it can feel unsettling to walk outside. These factors might make residents feel uncomfortable or unsafe, especially after dark.

Residents have access to fantastic facilities like a pool, table tennis, gym, and health club. Plus, having schools, colleges, shopping malls, and restaurants within a 1-3 km radius adds to the convenience and appeal of living there.
Things need improvement
The car parking being 300-400m away from the block can be inconvenient, especially for residents carrying groceries or with mobility issues. Additionally, if the management isn't up to par, it could lead to frustrations with various aspects of living in the society. The dissatisfaction with the clubhouse and the distance from the metro station (6-7 km) might also be inconveniences for some residents.
