No pros, Full cons :- Worst building plan, worst maintenance and after possession no water, no electricity and no security. I brought the flat and felt very bad after spending huge amount. No feasibility for internet and dth. If you need then you need spend more amount.

I own a 2BHK flat in S2 the watergrove, and my family loved it. Since the project is completely royal the connectivity to different parts of the Bengaluru from the location makes it worth. I loved the security and good power back. Moreover, amenities like Gymnasium and Lift.
