The residence is so airy and has a significant area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. Some aditional facilities such as .VR Suite, Mini theatre (~22-24)-seater, Juice bar Co-working office space are available here. Every workers are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. The place is highly recommended for me with several basic superficial amenities.

I am a future dweller of this upcoming estate and I'm happy with their services and proposals for upcoming conveniences so much. I think It will give me a proper home-like feeling as well. The developers till now gave the best qualities of indulgences and maintenance to everyone. Rooms are well ventilated. They offered us attached balconies with every flats. The elevators are so fastest. Overall all the settlements are quite good as well.

Some issues that have been reported by the people of this place are the authority is a very unhygienic atmosphere all over the locality. Major traffic issues have been found in this place and people cannot find any other way to reach their destination in time. The streets have so many patholes and government don't look after about it. Severe waterlogg happens in this niche and create water suppy problems all over the locality. I hope they take care of this.

Some location advantage of this place is major commercial hubs on Golf Course Road which is much profitable. Indira Gandhi International Airport is just 20km away from this place with easily cabs accessibility. Some schools like Gurugram Public School and Shalom Public School and hospitals such as W Pratiksha (1.3 km) and Artemis (4 km) are located near my future home. Additional facilities such as shopping malls, medical stores are easily accessible also. I will surely love here.
