Good things here
I have no issues at all in the society. Everything was perfect and top-notch. The construction is solid with no problems like seepage, leakage, or cracks and the ventilation is excellent. Maintenance is superb, with clean lifts, regular garbage collection, and well-maintained facilities. The connectivity is very good, with easy access to autos, cabs, and the metro. All the amenities are available and well-kept, including a beautiful garden, a children's play area, a swimming pool, a gym, and a club. The neighbourhood is friendly, and there are no issues with security or CCTV coverage.
Things need improvement
There are no issues at all with this society. Everything is perfect and top-notch. The construction, maintenance, connectivity, amenities, and neighbourhood are all excellent. I wouldn�t want to add anything extra because everything is already great.

Good things here
The construction quality was good, ventilation was adequate, and there were no issues with seepage or leakage. Cabs and autos were available around the society, and there was a bus stop within 1 km. The cleaning and hygiene maintenance was excellent. There was a play area and garden in the society. Nearby, there were malls, markets, local shops, and grocery stores. The lift, CCTV, and security were all functioning well without any issues. All festivals like Holi and Diwali were celebrated together, and everyone enjoyed them. Covered parking was available .
Things need improvement
But there was no gym in the society. There was a swimming pool, but it was not accessible for tenants. Overall, everything was running smoothly in the society.

Good things here
The connectivity was the best thing about the society. With a school, hospital, and market nearby, and public transport easily available, it was very convenient. The elevators were installed and maintained. The neighbors were generally good, although busy with their own lives.
Things need improvement
The overall quality of the society was very average. While there were amenities, they were not maintained properly. The construction quality was poor with seepage visible throughout the society, and maintenance didn't get much attention. Although the people were generally good, they mostly kept to themselves.

Good things here
The construction quality is good, with proper ventilation and no issues of leakage or seepage in our flats. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative. Covered parking is available, and cleaning is done on time, maintaining good hygiene. There is Ola and Uber connectivity around the society. Shops, local markets, and cultural events like Holi and Diwali are nearby.
Things need improvement
Maintenance fees are around 4500 rupees, which I find quite high and not very affordable. Metro station is not there . However, apart from this, there are no other problems here; everything is running very smoothly in the society.
