Several facilities are offered by Adithya Lujoso such as a swimming pool with an adjacent changing room, football field, volleyball court, banquet hall, cafeteria, steam room, library and shopping centre. It has contemporary architecture.

The apartments in Adhitya Lujoso are available in the mid-segment to premium pricing category. It is strategically located along State Highway 35, thereby connecting to Whitefield, Sarjapura and Brookfield. However, by-road connectivity is an issue.
