Our neighborhood is conveniently located near markets, grocery stores, hospitals, and schools, making it easy for everyone to access essential services. We've successfully tackled issues like leakage and seepage, ensuring our homes stay dry and comfortable.
Things need improvement
Cleanliness is an area where we struggle. The maintenance staff might not be as well-trained as we'd like, leading to problems in keeping our surroundings tidy. Additionally, the lack of amenities in our society is a drawback, especially for the children . improvements in cleanliness and the addition of amenities could greatly enhance the quality of life for everyone, especially the younger members of our community.

Good things here
The society enjoys convenient connectivity with easy access to public transport options like autos and cabs outside. Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores available. Apartments do not experience seepage or leakage issues. Security is ensured with available security guards and CCTV cameras installed throughout the society. Elevators are installed and well-maintained for resident convenience. The community consists of educated and respectful individuals.
Things need improvement
There are issues with sewer lines causing blockages, and facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are not available in the society.

Good things here
The society had amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and a small garden. Ventilation was good. There were CCTV cameras everywhere, all of them working. Schools, malls, and markets were available within 2 to 3 kilometers. Auto-rickshaws were easily available, and there was a nearby metro station. Street lights were also working. Cultural events were celebrated.
Things need improvement
There was an issue with seepage and leakage in the society. Every rainy season, there was a problem with waterlogging, which was a bit problematic. It was difficult to go anywhere during the rainy season.

The flats do not have issues with leaks, seepage, or cracks. The residents are respectful and well-behaved.
Things need improvement
The society lacks modern amenities. There are traffic issues near the area, and public transportation is not easily accessible; one needs to walk a considerable distance to find it.

Good things here
The society has metro stations available nearby. Maintainenance and clieanliness facilities are available. Gyms and lifts are available in the society. CCTV Camera is provided. People have a friendly nature there and all the festivals are celebrated together. Water and electricity is available all time.
Things need improvement
The society has issues regarding seepage and termities. Painting is not done frequently. Water logging issues during monsoons. Other facilities are nice.

The society's commitment to excellence is very good. Residents benefit from high-quality amenities, such as the sparkling swimming pool and well-maintained clubhouse. Easy access to various services and destinations is facilitated by an efficient public transportation system, including buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. Easy for daily commuters. The nearby lively markets, grocery stores, healthcare centers, and educational institutions serve daily commuters well. The expansive park offers children plenty of space for recreation, adding to the community's appeal. Known for its friendliness and hospitality, the community creates a welcoming atmosphere, while communication and network services remain consistently reliable.
Things need improvement
Overall, everything was good; people of the society were kind and cooperative. The major issue was the water supply. There was a timing for water supply. And there was no gym for people.

Society provides excellent facilities. Amenities like a gym, a clean swimming pool, and a clubhouse that's always well-kept. These amenities show that the people in charge of the neighborhood care about making everyone's lives better. Moving around is easy because of transportation options like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. They've cleverly placed markets and schools close by so people can get to them quickly. On top of that, there's a big park that improves the neighborhood. It's a great place for kids to run around and it makes the people feel friendly and cooperative. There are no security issues, and elevators are working properly. The society has ample parking space
Things need improvement
Connectivity are not good. Public transport like bus, auto and taxi were not available easily nearby the society. it is difficult for people who travel daily for their work.

Good things here
I left the society 1. 5years back when i was living there everything was great, public transports were available and metro was 2. 5km away from the society. The maintenance was well taken care of no garbage issue i faced till the time i was living there, lifts were maintained on time, if ever we face any issue it was resolve quickly. Flats were well ventilated constructed, and there were Kids play area and huge open space available in the society,. People living there were nice, friendly.
Things need improvement
The only drawback of the society was the unavailability of a swimming pool and clubhouse. Although there was open space where they could have been constructed, I don't know why they were not included in the society. Perhaps it was because the society was 15 years old.

Cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained, and there are no issues with the water supply. There is ample parking available for both residents and visitors. The society boasts two gardens and a play area. There are no problems with leakage or seepage. Autos are readily available near the society, and there are no traffic issues.
Things need improvement
The society does not have a swimming pool or gym, and it is around 10 years old society. There is occasionally an issue with power cuts. The society does not have power backup, neither for common areas nor for individual flats.
