Three side of the apartments are open. We have water backup because of rain water harvesting. Very modern housing project. Located in a reputed area with good people all around.

There are only 2 and 3 BHKS here. The connectivity is excellent in this area. There are important colleges along this road. So, the price is not too high nor low.

The air here is excellent. No pollution, no smoke. Mountains line all sides of this location. The area is extremely silent. Poor water quality. Parking is not offered. Poor medical facilities and enclosed settings. No clothes shops though.

There is decent water service and the hospital is close by. the best and cleanest environment. Nothing negative to my knowledge, seize the chance. fantastic location with a serene setting and decent connectivity.

That location doesn't have any traffic. So, we keep the windows open with no worries of pollution or noise. Additionally, there are other hospitals nearby. Because of this, that place is good but not great in my opinion. Internal roads in the society are spacious, and the entire society is quite open.
