Built up area is very spacious, good security system, good park and gardens and very well organised parking facilities all in the mid of the city Bathinda
Things need improvement
Stp is placed near the road side which shall have a green belt area for the environmental norms, internet fiber cables should not been unearthed

Wonderful and mesmerizing fine buildings with an elevator facility, 24 hrs water supply, and electricity. If you are around Bhatinda you should buy a house here. Security and vehicle parking space is also available.

Families have begun relocating into this housing society, thus it is now ready to be called home. An excellent place to stay, however, the security is not great. Additionally, no luxurious amenities are offered.

The surroundings are great, and there is also a market there that is a part of the DD Mittal Towers. You can purchase anything at the market, including groceries, clothing, and food.
