Every room in the apartment is finely designed with modern amenities and spacious areas. Moreover, there is very peace around and quite away from the highway. 24/7 security along with regular water, and other amenties will be worth to use and stay. Waiting to get the possesion.

3 Tier Security System is the best option you can get here. This project will provide you with top-of-the-line homes with cutting-edge designs that are flawless. The greenery makes it further likeable place as it gives fresh and clean air to the residents. The parks are lush to greenery and are very well. There are street lights along the roads and in parks. Even senior citizens and children feel safe going for a walk late at night or early in the morning. There are no issues with electricity or water. In the immediate vicinity, there are shopping malls, colleges, hospitals, gyms, schools, and sport clubs. The metro station is at a walkable distance. read more

S3 Proxima is excellent project. WFH crowd will love the central location of Chembur, as the area is quite and no traffic around, so if you go to office few days then you won’t mind! Construction still going on so dust and noise is there but overall mobile network is good and peaceful ambiance with greens and open space all around you

I find the project ok, considering the price of each flat. Many of the amenities are yet to start and we have said they are waiting for the clearance. Moreover, the construction is quite slow with couple of more years to go. I am not happy with the overall service by the developer.

Wagholi is an upcoming residential locality in Pune right next to the Pune international airport. The area is developing very fast and there are mostly 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments for sale in new projects at Rs. 6500 to Rs. 7500 per sq ft.
