I am so far happy with project experience. I got the 3D version of rooms and overall project, i am really convinced. Still being constructed so dust and all is there but temporary. Overall area safety is good, complex safety is also there. Mobile tower issue is not there. Several famous temples, wildlife sanctuaries and many other tourist spots are located at close proximity of this place. The nearest station is Yelachenahalli station, about 12.2Km away making it easy to reach the station fast. The nearest airport is Kempegowda International Airport, about 57 km away. I am sure the completed project will be worth to look upon.

I bought 3 BHK flat, but i am unhappy with the overall construction work. Not so good quality fixture, congested location and other issues doesn't make this project worth investing. I am trying to get my money back.

Prestige Elysian is excellent project. WFH crowd will love the central location of Bannerghatta, as the area is quite and no traffic around, so if you go to office few days then you won’t mind! Construction still going on so dust and noise is there but overall mobile network is good and peaceful ambiance with greens and open space all around you. The quality of the construction is really good. Everything in close distance from metro station and to railway station, highway, hospital, school, shopping mall- names something and it is there in posh locality.

Must say, Prestige Elysian is the most promising residential project. Project is by very reputed builder so construction quality is up to mark. All fittings are very good and latest. Excellent location and amenities. Clubhouse with children play area, swimming pool, clubhouse, rainwater harvesting, intercom, garden, 24-hour security, CCTV cameras, indoor games and many more. I have purchased 2 BHK flat and i a waiting for the possession which i will get soon. The location is quite and no traffic around. Good for long-term investment, if you are planning to shift to Thane.

Prestige Elysian is a brand new residential apartment project by Prestige Constructions in the rapidly expanding neighborhood of Arekere, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. Since the project comes under RERA, i am assured of quality construction. The residential complex has a well-equipped advanced gymnasium, children’s play area, swimming pool, clubhouse, rainwater harvesting, intercom, garden, 24-hour security, CCTV cameras, indoor games and many more. I have a 2BHK flat in 20th floor giving a good view of Bannerghatta. The project is close by to Metro line. Several famous temples, wildlife sanctuaries and many other tourist spots are located at close proximity of this place.
