Good things here
The surrounding people are friendly, and the management organizes festivals together like Eid, Ramadan, Holi, Diwali, and New Year. Connectivity-wise, there is a bus stop and a supermarket within 500 meters. We have multiple schools, vegetable markets, good road quality, and working street lights. There is ample parking space. Amenities include a yoga room, cricket pitch, table tennis, basketball, gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, children�s play area, walking track, and community hall. Maintenance-wise, they do proper cleaning, collect garbage every day, and the lift is functional. They also do proper painting.
Things need improvement
There are water seepage issues in Phase 1 of the society, which need immediate attention. The management is aware and working on a solution to prevent further damage and inconvenience.

Good things here
Proper garbage collection, functional lifts , good water and electricity supply. No leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . All amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and park are available and well maintained. Festivals are celebrated in the society as people are quite social.
Things need improvement
Autos , cabs and public transport are hard to get, which is an issue regarding the connectivity of society . People might have to face many problems due to this bad connectivity of society. No other issues in the society.

Transport facility is excellent. There are many well maintained parks and roads are also good. Nice and decent place to live. Completely safe and no issues regarding power or water supply as the management takes a well care and take action instantly. It is a perfect residential place for working people as there is no issue coming late to home because of the high safety measures in the area. The ample parking space along with good connectivity and well-constructed houses tempts you to stay here.

Over 700 trees in the enclave for the cheerful green ambience. The connectivity is good enough so that you can book a cab or taxi anytime to reach anywhere as it is well connected to the major roads. Security and safety is taken care well because the professional security guards as well the installed CCTV cameras make sure that your family is always safe. Especially, the amenities are reachable within a few minutes time. There are jogging tracks, basketball court, swimming pool, golf course, etc. makes the life richer.

Awarded the Best Residential Villa Project 2018 by The Times of India. All public transport is within walking distance, including taxis and cabs, which can also make their way to this area quickly. There is no need to travel a long distance for everyday necessities. Everything is available right there. Within the society, a park, ground, and grocery stores are available. There is no need to be concerned about security because there are video surveillance cameras and security specialists to ensure the safety of residents.

Auto stand, bus stand as well can be reached within few minutes. Public transport is good, there is not much problem here and there are parks to roam around and a market nearby. School is also there at a short distance. The connectivity is also good and you easily get the public transport without any hassle. The Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants and other amenities are nearby almost all types of cabs like Ola. Police patrolling is done on regular intervals for the safety of the residents.

The Times of India named it the Best Residential Villa Project of 2018. It is a project where you will not find water or power supply issue. Connectivity is good enough so that you can book a cab or taxi anytime to reach anywhere as it is well connected to the major roads. Lots of greenery along with good quality construction of homes and good connectivity options with all amenities at one place is what you have here. Chemist, grocery shops, gym, swimming pool, parks, ATMs are there. There is also police patrolling which is done multiple times of the day and night.
