The society is located in a prime location with excellent connectivity to schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and restaurants, all within walking distance. Maintenance is top-notch, with good cleanliness, uninterrupted water supply, and reliable power backup. Maintenance charges are calculated on a per-square-foot basis. Amenities such as a gym, walking area, lift, and children's play area are well-maintained. The view from the society is pleasant, and the flats are spacious.
The society has a swimming pool, but it is currently non-operational. Additionally, there is no clubhouse available. Sometimes, the elevators are under maintenance.

This is a well-connected society because the National Highway is within a 5-minute walk from the community. Additionally, there are several schools and hospitals nearby. Maintenance facilities are excellent; corporation water arrives regularly in the mornings, and the surroundings are well-cleaned. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, children's play area, and ample parking are also available.
There are some leakage issues in certain flats within the society, and there is no swimming pool available for residents.
