The locality in Banasawadi is ultra-safe, happening and with all the best offices, bars, pubs, restaurants, shopping malls, boutiques, hospitals, schools in town! Love the location while amenity list is never-ending. I believe in Vastu, so every room is according to it

I didn't like the fittings in bathroom also some areas aren't that spacious. Mine is 5th floor, and i don't have a proper view from my balcony. This project has some teething problem like water logging in neighborhood during monsoon and also construction noise which may slightly disturb if you are working from home.

Overall area safety is good, complex safety is also there. However, since the project is located in Banasawadi, there is a huge traffic issue and area gets water logged. Since i have already invested, can't do anything about it.

Overall a super good investment. We have been to multiple visits to the site and the Sales team is so responsive and helpful. Metro Station, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Schools are very near. Personally i liked the amenities offered in this project. The best is the swimming pool where i can usually spend my weekends.
