The location has a decent connection with the city and developing employment hubs to attract home buyers to this place. Subhash Bridge connecting Kalyan East and West has been converted into 2 lanes to decongest traffic issues. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and Navi Mumbai International Airport are 40 km away from Kalyan West with easily accessible buses and cabs from this location. Bhartiya English School, Balak Mandir, Sharda Mandir School and Phadke Hospital, Fortis Hospital, and AM PM 24 hours hospital are some of the hospitals are present at this place. Durgadi Fort, Kharkanandi Sunni Masjid and Kala Talao are some of the tourist and heritage spots in this location which is a point of attraction of Kalyan that I liked. read more

I am planning to purchase a 2bhk flat for myself. The locality is so serene and calm and I think It will give me a proper home-like feeling as well. The developers till now gave the best qualities of indulgences and maintenance to everyone. The under constructed rooms have ample spaces to live and are well ventilated too. Decorations of every room are very high quality yet. Overall all the concessions are quite good as well. read more

Some negativities are had to maintain by the authority are Patripul Bridge, that ia expected to be active by 2020, has been postponed many times, causing traffic issues in Kalyan West. And also Nilje Railway overbridge on Kalyan- Shilpata route is been closed for improvement and diverting the entire load on the parallel bridge which causes traffic issues too as the local people reported. As a future dweller I want the government to modify the system. Several fire explosions in Adharwadi firing ground in Kalyan are documented over the past years. Industrial waste from the industries has contaminated Waldhuni river in this locality which creates severe water supply issue. read more

Over 21.73 acres of land this project have been situated and they offered us some excellent amenities such as Futsal court, Music Garden, Shuttle Service, Organic Plantation Area, Half Olympic Size Swimming Pool, Feature Pavilion with seating, Meditation Garden with Laughter Therapy Park, Open Lawn with Fragrance court, Pool side Party deck with Barbeque Counter, Tree House with slides and hammocks with some basic amenities such as football and basketball courts, jogging courts etc. The above all conveniences is highly useful to the inhabitants like me who loves to live a luxurious life. read more
