It is well maintained and good for family living beautiful place and lovely community excellent location. I own 2BHK flat and each room is spacious with balcony giving a wonderful view. The 24/7 security and water service is great.

What can I really say about Nava Subha Samruddhi other than it is money’s worth! Yes price is steep but that is natural since this is one of the big projects in Bengaluru city. Banasawadi location is near the main road and offers easy commuting.
