Connectivity is good with easy access to cabs and auto services. Residents are friendly, contributing to a pleasant community atmosphere. Parking areas are well-organized, with visitor parking available for added convenience. The construction quality is top-notch, ensuring no leaks and efficient sewage systems. Water facilities are excellent, and extensive power backups ensure uninterrupted supply. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate disposal of wet and dry waste, which is highly convenient for residents. Additionally, the society allows pet dogs, accommodating pet owners within its community guidelines.
Things need improvement
The city's maintenance should be enhanced, particularly focusing on improvements in greenery and outdoor areas.

Good things here
In our society, festivals are celebrated with such enthusiasm that we eagerly look forward to them. The cleaning staff is very efficient, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. The residents are decent, and we have never faced any issues with water supply. The maintenance charges are justified. The roads near the society are well-maintained, and metro, cabs, bus stands, and autos are all nearby. The society has all modern amenities.
Things need improvement
Near the society, there are some traffic jams on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday as people commute to their offices, while on other days, they usually work from home. There are some minor issues with leakage and seepage in the society.

Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, tennis courts, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained within the society. Public transportation, like buses, is available within 100 meters of the site, and metro stations are accessible within 500 meters. There are ample walking spaces outside the society. The society itself has a good open layout, with recreational spaces available. We can access all facilities within the society easily. Parking spaces are very convenient, with separate visitor parking available.
Things need improvement
Power cuts are very frequent in the area. There is heavy traffic congestion, making it inconvenient for residents. The junctions near bus stops are often crowded, causing delays in the city center.

Connectivity via cabs and auto-rickshaws is easily available in the society if you book via Ola or Uber. People are friendly and respectful. Every maintenance service is very good in the society. Water availability is very good, with 24/7 access, and there are power backups available as well. Garbage collection is very good, with wet and dry waste collected separately. People are very friendly and respectful in the society, and we can celebrate festivals conveniently. The atmosphere in the society is very social and the environment around the society is good. Cleaning is very efficient both inside and outside the society, which is very convenient. Security is also very good, with the society being very secure. Parking is very spacious in the society, and there is also visitor parking, which is very convenient.
Things need improvement
The road quality inside the society is not good, which is a significant inconvenience. Additionally, the greenery around the society could be improved, as it currently lacks sufficient landscaping. There are fewer festival celebrations within the society, which might not appeal to those who enjoy community festivities. Schools are situated far from the society, making it inconvenient for families with school-going children.

Good things here
When I lived there 4 years ago, everything was conveniently located nearby, including markets, shops, and schools. Connectivity was never an issue as public transport was easily accessible. One thing I particularly liked, aside from the connectivity, was the construction quality and the materials used in building construction. My office was very close to the society, and there were spacious flats available. The society had a hall that was frequently used for celebrating various cultural and non-cultural festivals, which was a positive aspect.
Things need improvement
One aspect I disliked about the society was the lack of a power backup solution. We had to rely on personal inverters for power backup, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the gym was not maintained properly throughout my time there. Another downside was the absence of a clubhouse in our society.

I moved out of the society where I resided, located near to my office, which was a good thing. There were also a few schools and hospitals within a 1 to 2 km distance, allowing for convenience. Residents enjoyed celebrating festivals and events within the community. The construction quality was good, evidenced by the absence of cracks in the walls. Maintenance was also satisfactory, with reliable electricity backup and a consistent water supply.
Things need improvement
The bachelors were not allowed to live within the community, which is not a good thing here, rest society was nice.
