Good things here
Simple project will all required amenities on the terrace , Ample space for visitors in the entrance side. Well maintained greenery. Many events like Fire drill, Ayodhya Celebrations, Blood test camp etc. Swimming pool is nice and terrace cricket court is always occupied in the evenings.
Things need improvement
No seating arrangements in the garden and no super market in the society rest all is ok. Price is also resonable.

Gowra Urban Winds is a building with poor infrastructure and unmaintained staircases. The property is far from the railway station and also there is no availability of metro in this area.
