Local amenities are very good in the area; there are pleasant walking areas which enhance the peaceful and pleasant atmosphere of the society. Power backup is available consistently. Garbage disposal is efficient and well-maintained. Construction quality is very good with minimal visible issues. Maintenance fees are reasonable; for a 1BHK, we pay around 1500 units per month. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, and children's play area, all well-maintained. The location is close to main roads and shops, conveniently within 1-2 kilometers. There is a supermarket nearby, within a 100-meter radius. Security measures are in place. Parking facilities are adequate. There are no visible parking issues in the society. Nearby parks are well-maintained. The society's shops provide a variety of services.
Water quality is not good in the society; the water supply varies depending on the time of day, resulting in poor water facilities. Maintenance should be improved in the society.

I really liked the fact that schools, hospitals, and markets were nearby, making life very convenient. Each resident having designated parking was also a big plus. The connectivity was good with easy access to public transport, and I appreciated the regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation. The apartments had proper ventilation, and the gym and clubhouse were well-maintained. Moreover, the neighbors were very friendly, and we had a strong sense of community during our long stay there. Having CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards added to the sense of safety.
During my stay from 2018 to 2019, there was an issue with leakage in the walls, which was quite troublesome. Apart from that, everything else about the society was great.

Transportation connectivity near the society is good, my flat had no cracks, amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and play area were good, and neighbors were cooperative.
Maintenance can be improved as it was just okay, there was a water issue with water shortages and strikes, and the construction quality of the old buildings needs rebuilding as other flats had cracks.

Roads system is very good in the society. Cctv's are provided for saftey purposes Greenary of the society is beauty of the society. Construction quality is good.
There is a pollution around the society because of manufacture factories are there . There is a main road infront of the society. Amenities are not provided in the society.

Pebble Brook has several amenities inside its gated community. There is a temple within the premises. Indoor sports facility and a gym are also available. The parks are well lit surrounded by ample greenery and a walking path. The security measures are adequate. The location is at the heart of Thoraipakkam at the Main IT Corridor. It is a great residential project in the locality.

Jain Pebble Brook is in a good and serene location with a lot of open space around. The project has easy access to OMR. It is a well lit and hence safe premises, with many facilities. Overall, it is a nice place to own a house and live in.

The best part is that these cabs are available at all times.Street lights are there at even the next step. If you work the evening shift, there is no need to be concerned because of the strict security both inside and outside the society.

Good security system is always there are CCTV cameras all over the area supported by the security guards. There is also police patrolling which is done multiple times of the day and night.
