Good things here
Society ka connectivity accha hai, public transport mil jaata hai sab, markets wagera hain aas paas. No leakage/seepage issues are there. Ek small garden hai society mein. Cleanliness accha hai society ka. Water & electrical supply acha hai. Festivals are celebrated in society.
Things need improvement
Main issues are the amenities , garden bhi small hai and there are no swimming pool, gym and clubhouse in the society.

Good things here
The society is very convinient in terms of connectivity, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. The water supply is very good in the society. Water is available for 24*7 in the society. There are no such water logging issues. The construction quality is good, seepage and leakage isuues are not faced in the society. Only park is available in the society. People are good and cooperative in the society. There is good bonding with all members. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. Sufficient parking space is alloted. The maintainance of the society is good and hygenic.
Things need improvement
The amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society. Paintings are not done regularly.

Good things here
Public transport facilities such as the metro and buses are easily accessible nearby. The society benefits from 24-hour water and electricity supply, and garbage collection is done punctually, ensuring cleanliness is maintained. There are no drainage issues within the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and an added bonus is the provision of free WIFI services by the society. The residents are friendly and helpful. The build quality is good, with no leakage or seepage issues. The lifts are well-maintained, and CCTV surveillance covers all areas. The rooms are spacious, and proper ventilation, including three-way ventilation in some rooms, has been provided. Overall, the society offers a comfortable living environment with convenient amenities and services.
Things need improvement
This is a standalone building, and unfortunately, there are no amenities provided within the society. Although there is a clubhouse, it is scarcely used due to its lack of proper equipment and facilities. Limited parking spaces are a concern for the residents.
