Good things here
However, the cleaning of the society was done well. Parking was available in the society, and it was easy to find buses, autos, and rickshaws. Shops, malls, markets, hospitals, and grocery stores were easily accessible. The location and transportation facilities were very good.
Things need improvement
Our neighbors were not good at all; they used to peek into our house. Our society was located on a main road, so there was a lot of noise from honking and the nearby metro station. The school next to our society caused a lot of morning commotion. Overall, there was a lot of noise pollution there. The structure of our society was not good; there were issues with leaks. There weren't many festivals celebrated there. Guest parking was a big problem. There were a lot of cockroaches in the society. One of the lifts in our building was out of order most of the time. There were very few gym equipments. There was no swimming pool, clubhouse, or garden either.

Good things here
Nearby bus and cab availability is easy, garbage segregation is done, the lift is functional, and water and electricity are generally reliable. The construction quality is good.
Things need improvement
The society has a bottleneck entrance and limited, small parking. The gym mostly has restricted access, the swimming pool is not clean, amenities are not well-maintained, and the people are often arrogant and lack empathy towards tenants. The building should inquire about visitors, and security needs to be improved.

Good things here
Connectivity is good, no issue in getting cabs and autos. People are friendly, reserved parking for guests, good electricity and water supply, proper garbage collection, people are quite friendly, all festivals are celebrated together, railway station is near, no leakage seepage.
Things need improvement
Water issues, amenities not allowed to tenants, people are not that friendly in the society. No issue in the society, it's a great place to live in.
