The society had good infrastructure and basic amenities such as a spacious playground, advanced gym facilities, and on-site shops. Commuting was convenient with readily available cab and auto services, and maintenance services were relatively efficient.
Things need improvement
There were several drawbacks that impacted my overall experience. The society lacked greenery with limited parks and parking spaces. Maintenance charges were higher than expected, and there were frequent traffic jams in the area, particularly during evenings and festivals. The distance from the metro station made connectivity with the National Capital Region somewhat inconvenient.

Good things here
Rented home in this apartment after checking the multiple parks, lush green surroundings, and easy cab/auto availability, parking space, a well-maintained club, advanced gym facility, and shops within the society. The availability of basic necessities within the society, good construction quality, and well-maintained roads. My office is just 10 mins from here. I dont face any issues as such
Things need improvement
Pollution, traffic jam during peak hours. The maintenance staff doesn't respond well to tenant's requests. I requested the maintainance for replacing the leaking water tab but it took a call from the owner to get these basic things done.

Traffic congestion during peak hours could be a nightmare especially when you have your own vehicle. Metro is not near. Now a days societies have started charging hefty maintenance but. the delivery is average.
