The calm and open area, away from pollution, adds to the overall charm of the place. The affordability and availability of houses in Subhashray Society make it a desirable place to live in, with good water services and a vegetable shop within the campus.

One major drawback is the frequent and prolonged power cuts, which cause inconvenience. Additionally, the lack of mobile network accessibility inside the house is a recurring issue. The poor network connectivity in the area makes communication difficult, and the absence of a reliable public transport system further adds to the challenges of living in the society.
