Good things here
Water and electricity are consistently available, and maintenance work is diligently carried out, contributing to the overall upkeep of the surroundings. Connectivity is convenient with easy access to nearby shops, schools, and colleges, enhancing daily convenience. Transportation options such as buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis make traveling effortless. Markets, services, and schools are strategically located nearby, facilitating quick access for residents. The presence of a spacious park provides a pleasant environment for children to play and fosters a sense of community. Security is strong, with no concerns in this regard, and the elevators operate smoothly
Things need improvement
There were no issues with the society people were also good and caring. The society has the best construction quality with no evidence of seepage or leakage

Good things here
The local railway station is within 5 to 10 minutes' walking distance. Public transport like autos and rickshaws is easily available near the society. Grocery stores, malls, markets, and hospitals are all very close by. The locality is excellent, and transportation is good. There is parking available in the society. There are no issues with waterlogging, and the quality of roads around the area is good. Garbage collection, lift maintenance, and CCTV are well-maintained without any issues.
Things need improvement
However, cultural events like Holi and Diwali are not celebrated. There is no metro station in this area. There are no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, or garden in the society.

Schools are near two kilometres. There is always public transit available. Anytime access to a cab. Because there is frequent transit, night travel is safe. The nearest grocery store is accessible on foot. Nearby are auto and bus parking lots. Five kilometres away is the Poonamallee bus depot, where we may catch several frequent buses to various locations.

Neighbouring medical facility and pharmacy. 7 kilometres away are a theatre and a mall. There is a bus stop close by and accessible to other locations. The area has temples. Schools are near two kilometres. There is always public transit available.

The roads in the suburbs are often quiet, clean, and uncongested. On the other side, there are numerous shops that are open and very, very reasonable to use in daily life. Excellent area of Chennai to live. There are neighbouring parks with playgrounds that are kept up.

We can get to the grocery stores nearby in 5 minutes. It's simple to buy home necessities. The government hospital is in Ponnamallee. Due to the mix of suburban and rural dwellings, there aren't many likeable things in this area. The roads in the suburbs are often quiet, clean, and uncongested.
