The society has spacious covered reserved car park, Lift, power backup and 24x7 security, The apartment has been built with good quality materials and my flat was built to be the model flat in the apartment and hence is the best. Maintenance charges are low and provide great value for money with respect to the amenities and the charges are rarely increased. All amenities such as restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, internet parlors, couriers, temples and food caterers are available within 100 metres of the apartment and hence it will be a great experience for anyone residing here.
