Additionally, knowing that the property has excellent security measures in place provides a sense of safety and peace of mind for all residents. It's reassuring to know that our well-being is being taken seriously. I appreciate the management's prompt handling of issues like lift and seepage problems. Their commitment to maintaining the property's quality and addressing resident concerns effectively is evident and makes a significant difference in our living experience. It's comforting to know that any issues that arise are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Having access to well-maintained swimming facilities adds to the overall appeal of the property. It's a great amenity for residents to enjoy and promotes a healthy and active lifestyle. Additionally, the proximity of the market area outside the society is incredibly convenient. It provides easy access to shopping and amenities, making it convenient to meet daily needs without having to travel far.

I'm really satisfied with the living conditions in my society. Everything seems to be well-maintained and convenient, so I don't feel like there's anything that needs improvement or addition to make living easier for me.

Auto, cab, and bus services are easily accessible at this address. The locality of the apartment is excellent, and the build quality is top-notch. There are no cracks on the outer walls, and leakage issues are non-existent in the society. The rooms are very well-maintained and designed, with tower ventilation provided. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and garden pool are available within the society and are well-maintained and functional. Owners have allocated parking in the society, and there is a 24x7 water and electricity supply. CCTVs are installed in all areas for added security, and water is provided by the builder itself. All programs and functions are celebrated in the society, fostering a sense of community. The approachable quality is well-developed, and the society is clean, neat, and well-maintained, with garbage being collected daily. Overall, it is a great society�to�live�in.
Things need improvement
There is no nearby metro station, and the railway station is approximately 8 to 9 km away from this society. Allocated visitor parking is not available; visitors can park within the compound where space is available. Improvements are needed, such as installing a signal near the chalk area. Power backup is only available for common areas like lights and lifts within�the�society.

Residents often rely on cabs or ride-sharing services like Rapido for commuting purposes. Additionally, the construction quality of our society is average, and we occasionally encounter issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. The construction quality is top-notch, with no issues of seepage or termites, and the buildings have good ventilation, plaster, and fittings. Modern amenities such as a gym, clubhouse and swimming pool are available and well-maintained, providing recreational options for residents. The community is friendly and cohesive, we have been living here for a long time and enjoy celebrating festivals together. Additionally, security is a priority, with CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards ensuring a safe living environment.

There are some significant drawbacks. The roads are full of potholes, requiring frequent repairs, which has led to numerous accidents. I myself have almost had accidents two or three times. The absence of elevators is another inconvenience, especially for the elderly and those with mobility issues. Also there are frequent electricity cuts with no power backups, forcing residents to manage on their own during outages. These issues detract from the overall living experience and need urgent attention.

I didn't have much interaction with the people in the society because they weren't very friendly, and most of them seemed busy, so there wasn't much opportunity for interaction�with�anyone.

The build quality is excellent, and cleanliness and security systems are top-notch. There is ample parking space available for both owners and visitors. All modern amenities are present and fully functional, and maintenance charges are reasonable. Festivals and events are celebrated well within the society. Additionally, connectivity is good with access to local and public transport facilities.

Previously, the roads outside the apartment were in poor condition, but this issue has been resolved. However, with the construction of many apartments around the society, there are now major traffic issues in the vicinity.
