Good things here
The society has everything you could need nearby: schools, hospitals, and markets. Each resident has designated parking, and the location is convenient. Garbage collection is efficient with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and there's a reliable supply of electricity and water. The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues, and the interiors are impressive. Proper ventilation ensures a comfortable living environment. Residents can also enjoy amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, all of which are well-maintained. The best part is the community - the neighbors are incredibly friendly and loving, creating a family-like atmosphere where everyone cares for each other.
Things need improvement
The society is located on a one-way road, making it challenging to get autorickshaws and cabs since there's no U-turn nearby. This often results in long wait times or cancellations for Ola and Uber rides. Occasionally, the tenants play loud music during parties, but it's not a major issue as they're generally very friendly and nice. Apart from these minor inconveniences, everything else is perfect here.

Good things here
Garbage collection is regular, and the water tank is kept clean. There are autos and cabs available, and the metro and railway station are nearby. The roads are good. The lift works fine, and the cleaning is done well. There is no seepage, leakage, or cracks in the buildings. There is good ventilation and plenty of sunlight. he neighbours are very friendly
Things need improvement
There is no swimming pool and clubhouse in the society which can be upsetting for people who wants these amenities in their society . No other issues at all in the society.

Garden area is very spacious and very neat. People are very friendly and co-operated . cleaning of the society is well..

Construction quality is not good.The tiolets are not in good condition.The flushes in the bathroom are not working properly.
