Good things here
Very peaceful and far from city noise. The society is well maintained with good inside roads and well maintained plants and green space. The ameneties are well maintained and modern. The commute has simplified due to Dwarka expressway and new metro station. There are malls and shopping complexes building within driving distance. The property rates have doubled after the completion of Dwarka Expressway.
Things need improvement
Security and maintenance standards need to be uplifted. Locality not safe during nights. The road connecting expressway need repairment. This year water issues were also faced.

Good things here
It's visible from Dwarka expressway. Built quality is good. Connectivity has also improved in last 6 months. Ther are clubhouse is good, greenary is well maintained. The common areas has adequate lights. The security guards are well mannered. The locality is still developing. I hoping to see more development in coming years
Things need improvement
Daily need shops might be a challenge. There are small shops but for shopping you need to take express way for malls

Good things here
Located at Delhi Haryana Border. The connectivity via Dwarka Expressway has solved commute issues. Aiport is just 20 mins away. Some good schools have started within 2-3 kms from here. The gardens with each villas are spacious and well maintained.
Things need improvement
25Kms from Gurgaon city center. Commute can be difficult if you don�t hve personal vehicle

Good things here
The parking facilities are built using durable materials to prevent any issues such as cracks or leaks. There are spacious park. The presence of functioning CCTV cameras and well maintained elevators.
Things need improvement
Poor connectivity, absence of nearby market areas and inadequate transportation are some of the down side.
