The lack of surface parking and availability of basement parking enhance safety for residents, especially children. The society's large clubhouse, fitness center, and restaurant provide all necessary facilities within reach. The proximity to Baani Square, Medanta Hospital, and Artemis Hospital ensures easy access to essential services.
Things need improvement
Close proximity to construction areas or heavy traffic zones could potentially disrupt the peaceful ambiance of the society. Despite the various amenities offered, there may be limitations or maintenance issues that could affect residents' overall experience.

The limited surface parking can pose inconvenience for both residents and visitors, particularly during peak hours. The lack of surface parking, as only basement parking is available. This can be inconvenient at times, especially when unloading groceries or luggage. Additionally, while the location is excellent for connectivity, the area can become congested during peak hours, resulting in traffic jams and delays.

I am not particularly fond of the lack of surface parking, as only having a basement for parking can be inconvenient at times. Despite the presence of a large clubhouse and fitness center, I find the maintenance charges to be on the higher side, which can be a drawback for some residents.
