Good things here
Nearby the society, there are markets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants available. The maintenance and hygiene in the society are very good. The people in the society are friendly, and it is spacious.
Things need improvement
Sometimes, electricity issues occur in this society, leading to occasional power cuts. There is no power backup available, exacerbating the inconvenience during these outages. Additionally, apartments face problems with seepage and leakage.

Good things here
There were chemist,essentials ,groccery shops available near by the society local transport facilities were available near by the society. All the modern were available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym ,kids play area etc. High security system as there was 24/7 security gaurd and cctv available in the society. Bacholers were also allowed in the society and even pets were allowed and there was proper rules for pet owners for hygene purpose. Stray dogs were strictly not allowed inside the campus.
Things need improvement
According to my living experience there as such there was no issues that came accross but big hospitals and schools were not there near by the society. Power back up was avalable for common areas only.

Good things here
The mall and market were right in front, so the connectivity and location of the society were excellent. The committee members of the society were also very good and helpful. There were no power cuts, and cleanliness was maintained. It was an advanced society with touch panel switches. The security was excellent, and overall, everything in the society was very good and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
As a tenant, my experience there was very good, and I didn't face any problems of any kind. Nandan Inspera society is the best society.

Good things here
There are schools and hospitals near by the society.There is chemist pathalogy labs,pre-schools around the society.Construction quality of the society is really great there is no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.Rooms and spacious and isolated.High security system in the society,cctv were there all over the society,biomatrix facilities are also there in the society.All the modern amenities are there in the society and fully functional.Allocated parking space is there in the society
Things need improvement
As such there are no issues iin the society and eveything is high maintained but the process of issue raising can be systematic and quick.

Good things here
Auto rickshaws and cabs are readily available near the society, and there's a local market nearby for convenience. The society offers all modern amenities, meticulously maintained and fully operational. With ample open spaces and greenery, the surroundings are incredibly peaceful and calm. The security system is robust, with CCTV surveillance covering all areas for added safety.
Things need improvement
The build quality of the society was extremely poor, with pervasive leakage and seepage problems throughout. Bathrooms were constantly leaking from various sources, and there were frequent drainage issues, including pipeline blockages. Unfortunately, there was a lack of social interaction among residents, with everyone primarily focused on their own lives.

Society ka structure bohot accha hai. proper ventilation hai and sunrise dikhta hai. local transportation vehicles sab nearby hai. malls, restaurants and hospitals pass me hi hai. connectivity bohot acchi hai. main road se pass me hi hai. water supply 24*7 hai. one of the topset society it is. swimming pool properly maintained hai. leakage ya seepage kbhi nhi hua. balcony and visitors parking specious hai. society highway connected hai. log kafi acche hai.
Things need improvement
Gym me space km hai. log kbhi kbhi idhar udhar kachara fek dete hai. lifts kbhi kbhi kharab raheti hai.

Good things here
The transportation and connectivity around the society is pretty good, auto, cabs are easily available around the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. The society is kept clean. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society. Hospitals and schools are also nearby the society. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats, The construction quality of the buildings is good. The road quality outside the society is good for which water logging issues does not happen. Traffic issues are not faced. Water supply is always available. No such issues with electricity are faced.
Things need improvement
I have just stayed in the society for 4 to 5 months and I did't find any issues in the society that needs to be rectified. The society is good place for living.

Good things here
Nandan Inspera was one of the best societies, where everything was readily available and well-maintained. The construction quality was excellent, and there were no seepage issues. EuroSchool was conveniently located nearby, and public transport was easily accessible with bus stops nearby. All amenities like swimming pool, club house, and power backup ensured there were no issues even during power cuts.
Things need improvement
In my experience, there was no need for any improvements as everything was already very good and perfect there.

Auto,cabs are easily available in the society. Full power back up facilities has been provided in the society. All the modern amenities are present in the society and everything is fully functional . Crowd of the people is of good gentry and friendly.

My living experience in that society was great and i dont have any kind of discomfort in the society though mentainence system of the society can little bit more enhance.

Good things here
Build quality is really good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society. Rooms were spacious and well designed and units are attached with spacious balcony. There are 2 kids play area,club house,gym. garden,Club house etc are available in the society. eveything is fully functional and well maintained. Allocated parking is there owners and visitors in this society. All the festivals are celebrated in the society and socialism is good in the society. Full power back up has been provided in the society. Managing commitee is prompt to resolve issues that comes accross. Lifts are highly maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
Outer roads of the society are under construction since many years so the road has become too much congested and during weekends traffic issues are there in the society.
