I like how easy it is to get to markets, parks, and restaurants from here. The social amenities are also well-kept and help build a strong sense of community among the residents.
The construction quality is also below standard, with problems like seepage and cracks in the walls. Additionally, the lack of amenities is a drawback for me.

As an owner, I'm really happy with the great connectivity of the project; it's so easy to reach malls, hospitals, and markets. The maintenance of the property is also top-notch; they keep everything in good shape, and the charges are reasonable. Plus, the social life in the community is fantastic; there are inclusive celebrations and lots of community engagement
I'm not happy with how the building is built; there are problems like water leaking through the walls and cracks. The facilities are few and not taken care of well. I'm also not pleased with the bad service and the people who haven't paid rent for a long time, causing issues for everyone else.
