Good things here
The greenery in the society is excellent. This greenery contributes to a pollution-free environment, ensuring comfortable living conditions. The connectivity of the society is also remarkable, with schools located less than 1 kilometer away, hospitals within 1 to 2 kilometers, bus stops within 100 meters, and a metro station just 1.5 kilometers away. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and facilities such as regular garbage collection and timely elevator maintenance are provided. The construction quality is high, ensuring good ventilation in each flat. Amenities such as a gym, play areas, and a clubhouse equipped with gyms and indoor games are available, and round-the-clock security for residents' safety
Things need improvement
The flat registration process of the society takes a long time it is the main issue here with the association.
