Good things here
The location is excellent, with the highway only 500 meters away and two metro stations within a 5 km radius. Many people are buying plots continuously. Schools and the airport are close by, and the area is green and attractive.

One of the most upcoming projects in Delhi-NCR with capital appreciation of 20% per annum. Focus of central and state government to kickstart Jewar airport in FY.24

Development will still take some time and it depends upon the the timely completion of phase wise rollout of central and state government
