Public transportation is readily available, especially with services like Ola and Uber, making it extremely convenient. The market area just outside the society ensures easy access to all basic necessities. Additionally, the society offers amenities such as a swimming pool and gym, enhancing resident convenience and lifestyle. Maintenance is impeccable, with no issues like cracks or painting problems noted. Moreover, the regular and segregated garbage collection contributes to a clean and organized environment within the society.

Things need improvement

There are major issues with the lifts as they get stuck approximately every 4-5 days, and there is a lack of proper CCTV monitoring and maintenance. Complaints have been registered multiple times, but they have not been effectively addressed.

The society is well-built with ample natural light and no issues like leaks, seepage, or cracks. Roads are in decent condition, and public transportation options such as buses, cabs, and cars are easily accessible. Each household has designated parking, and there is a nearby market. Both water supply and electricity are reliable. Neighbors are friendly and cooperative. Excellent facilities include a clubhouse, gym, pool, and garden. Garbage collection is regular, security is attentive, and elevators operate smoothly.

The society benefits from an effective drainage system that prevents water logging issues. Residents make use of security apps for enhanced safety. The lift is accessible and maintained in good condition. Furthermore, the community enjoys a friendly atmosphere where cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

Things need improvement

While the maintenance department may take some time to address issues, they do eventually resolve them. The construction quality of the society is average, and there are occasional problems like seepage, leakage, and plaster issues. However, not all repairs related to construction issues are fully completed.

Auto cabs are nearby, ensuring convenient transportation. Cleaning is excellent with a dedicated team maintaining high standards daily. All amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, and kids play area are well-maintained and fully functional. The neighborhood is friendly and cooperative.

The building, including my apartment, suffers from seepage issues and occasional waterlogging problems. Of particular concern is the inadequacy of the park, especially for children, due to a lack of equipment in the society.

Good things here

Overall, the society is good. The metro is nearby, just a short distance from the society. There are no issues with water logging. We have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, play area, and parking within the society. The people in the society are also very cooperative.

Good things here

Transportation connectivity was good with easy availability of cabs and buses. Maintenance and construction quality was good. There was no seepage issues. Amenities like clubhouse, swimming pool and gym were available. Grocery and general store was available. The outside area was also surrounded by the market. Schools and hospitals were 1 km away. Residents were friendly and celebrated all the festivals together. Would like to rate the overall experience in the society as 4.

The society is exceptionally well-maintained, with cleaners available around the clock to promptly tidy up the buildings. CCTV cameras and lifts are installed for added security and convenience. Additionally, it's easy to find autos outside the society for transportation needs.

Throughout my stay, all amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, and tennis courts were readily available. One of the notable aspects was the strong sense of security; residents could take leisurely walks at any hour, and the abundance of greenery in the surroundings added to the pleasant atmosphere.

It's frustrating that maintenance charges don't cover certain repairs like plumbing or electrical issues, resulting in additional charges. Seepage problems in the flats are also a concern. Additionally, the unauthorized parking of visitors in residents' reserved spaces adds to the inconvenience.
