Good things here
I really enjoy the variety of amenities available in the society, like the well-maintained garden and swimming pool. They make my living experience better and offer great recreational opportunities right here in the society.
Things need improvement
I wish there were better security to keep us safe. I worry about it, especially at night

The convenient location near Sector 56 Metro station and Huda market. It makes commuting easy for residents and adds value to the property, which is a big selling point for potential buyers or renters. Additionally, the presence of a good maintenance staff on site ensures that the property is well-kept, providing residents with a comfortable living environment.
Things need improvement
Basically, I don't like that people here don't hang out much or celebrate together. Having a lively community where everyone participates can make living here much nicer and make people feel like they belong.

Good things here
Close it is to major IT hubs and shopping malls. It makes commuting and shopping so much easier for me. Having hospitals and schools nearby also means essential services are easily accessible, which adds to the convenience. Plus, being near the Metro station and major highways gives me more options for getting around the city, which is great.
Things need improvement
The lack of adequate public transport options, especially during peak hours, is also a challenge. Additionally, the construction quality of the building could be better�I've noticed issues like seepage and cracks in the walls, which affect both the aesthetics and durability of the property.

Access to Sector 56 Metro station and Huda market for my daily commute. The society's maintenance team did a great job keeping everything clean and well-kept, making it a pleasant environment for residents.

I was disappointed by the construction quality, noticing issues like seepage and cracks in the walls. Additionally, the limited amenities in the society didn't meet my expectations. I had hoped for more diverse and well-managed facilities for the residents' comfort and convenience.
