Good things here
Living in this housing society offers convenience and comfort due to its excellent connectivity and well-maintained facilities. The location ensures easy access to transportation options such as autos and cabs, making it simple to get around. The buildings are solidly constructed, providing a sense of security and reliability. Moreover, the community fosters a friendly atmosphere with various social activities available, encouraging interaction among residents. There are no seepage , cracks , water supply or electric supply issues. Public parks are available here and they are cleaned daily ensuring cleanliness in the society. Lifts are also available and they are full functional. Ventilation is good too. Overall, it's a good society to live in.
Things need improvement
Gyms and swimming pools are available here but they are not functional yet. Apart from this, Everything is well maintained and up to my expectations.

Good things here
Every year, the fire extinguishers are checked for maintenance. Our security guards monitor the CCTV cameras 24/7. We have 24/7 electricity and a gas pipeline. The metro station is a 15-minute walk away, and public transport is easy to catch. Nearby, there are schools like Moral Education and Prime Academy, a D-Mart, and the famous Sevens Hospital. For vehicle parking, there is a recognition tool in cars to prevent any issues. There is a garden and two lifts in the society.
Things need improvement
We have a gym, but it is small and lacks proper equipment. The swimming pool is still under construction, and there is no clubhouse yet. In the top floors of the sixth tower, there is usually a problem with leakage. The wheelchair for aged persons is not maintained, so it often remains in one place and gets damaged. In emergencies, it becomes difficult to use.

Good things here
The people of the society were good and friendly they are helpful and work together. The overall experience was good a swimming pool was also there. Connectivity was good with convenient transportation options like buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis which make it easy to reach important places. Residents appreciate having nearby markets, grocery stores healthcare facilities, and schools. The spacious park provides children with plenty of room to play and enjoy activities. Society members are friendly and create a welcoming environment.
Things need improvement
The society maintenance was very poor. There were a lot of issues in the society including poor construction quality and problems with sealing and seepage. It needs renovation. Additionally, there was no water in the swimming pool. Society maintenance was really bad; it needs improvement.

People here are generally friendly, creating a welcoming environment despite my short stay. The construction quality, while not exceptional, provides a decent living standard, complemented by adequate amenities that cater to everyday needs.

The society could benefit from more consistent maintenance practices to uphold its overall appeal and functionality. While the construction quality meets basic standards, it lacks the finesse seen in newer developments. Although amenities are available, there is room for improvement in their variety and quality to better meet diverse resident needs.

There are no issues related to pets or street dogs, and the rooms are well ventilated, enhancing comfort for residents.
Things need improvement
The property lacks essential amenities like a swimming pool and gym, has security issues due to a non-functional intercom, and faces maintenance problems with an ineffective sweeper and significant seepage.

I absolutely love living here! The connectivity of the society is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The maintenance is top-notch, ensuring everything is always in great shape. It's such a relief to have these aspects taken care of so well
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, my experience here has not been entirely positive. The construction quality leaves much to be desired, and the non-functional swimming pool is disappointing. The neighborhood atmosphere is quite unfriendly, which makes it hard to feel at home.

Good things here
Auto-rickshaws were available just outside the society, and the roads outside were good, with no traffic issues. Bachelors were allowed in the society. There was 24/7 water supply, and there were no issues of leakage or seepage. The society had a garden, and the people were nice. The flats were well-ventilated, receiving plenty of sunlight.
Things need improvement
The metro wasn't nearby, and the flats didn't have balconies. The society didn't have modern amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or play area.

The maintenance of the society is all good, with cleanliness being well-maintained. Additionally, there are no power cuts in the society, and there are no major issues with electricity, ensuring a reliable power supply for residents.

The hospital is a bit far from the society, which may pose challenges during emergencies. The construction quality of the buildings is average, with occasional seepage and leakage issues. Despite promises from the builder, no amenities have been provided in the society, and there is no allotted parking space, which could inconvenience residents.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of autos and cabs. Maintenance quality is also fine with proper water supply and no water logging. Hygiene is well maintained. Construction quality of the building is fine, even after being old, no seepage and leakage issues are faced. CCTVs are installed. Residents are cooperative.
Things need improvement
Paintings and whitewash are not done. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are not available. There are no elevators.

Society me visitors parking hai, residents ke liye covered parking hai. Metro station pass me hi hai 20min walking distance per. Security ke liye apps use hoti hai. Watersupply 24/7 properly available hai. Construction bohot achi hai na koi leakage ya seepage ka issue abhi tak aaya nhi hai.Gym and garden well maintained hai. Buses ya autos sab accessible hai.

Society ke aas pass shopping malls ek bhi nahi hai dur jana padata hai.Swimming pool hai pr abhi tak koi use nhi krta hai.
