The build quality of the apartment was excellent, with no issues regarding imperfections, and the rooms were spacious. The lifts were also well-maintained. The society had 24/7 water and electricity supply. In my opinion, families should not prefer to live in this society due to its locality. However, it is very suitable and reasonable for bachelors, with affordable�rent�options. read more

The society has limited parking space, with only a few flats having allocated parking, and there is no visitor parking available. It is located just outside the main city, making transportation options like the railway station, metro, and auto cabs difficult to access. Bus services are available but are a bit far from the society. The building is standard and old, lacking amenities like a park or office. If we talk about the connectivity, it was excellent. The society was located near a railway station and on the main road, making bus services, autos, cabs, and other transport easily accessible. The build quality was excellent, with no issues regarding leakage or seepage in the society. Rooms were spacious and well-ventilated, and allocated parking was available for both owners and visitors. Maintenance was top-notch, and elevators were serviced regularly. There was 24x7 water and electricity supply with no interruptions. The construction of the building was also good, and it primarily housed families, creating a good crowd. Residents celebrated all functions, festivals, and organized numerous get-togethers, fostering a strong sense of community. People were cooperative and sociable. Safety was ensured with CCTV coverage across all areas. Overall, it was a very positive experience living in�that�society. read more
