Good things here
The build quality of the apartment was excellent, with no issues regarding imperfections, and the rooms were spacious. The lifts were also well-maintained. The society had 24/7 water and electricity supply. In my opinion, families should not prefer to live in this society due to its locality. However, it is very suitable and reasonable for bachelors, with affordable�rent�options.
Things need improvement
The society has limited parking space, with only a few flats having allocated parking, and there is no visitor parking available. It is located just outside the main city, making transportation options like the railway station, metro, and auto cabs difficult to access. Bus services are available but are a bit far from the society. The building is standard and old, lacking amenities like a park or office. A private gym was present but has been closed for a long time. Security is also lacking, with frequent guard changes and limited CCTV surveillance, only available at�the�entrance.

The area has good connectivity with easily accessible public transport like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good condition, and schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby.

There is a leakage issue in the society. The absence of a swimming pool is a downside for those who enjoy swimming, and there is no gym for fitness enthusiasts. Additionally, the lack of interaction with neighbors, who prefer not to engage with others, is disappointing.

We enjoy a reliable 24/7 supply of electricity and water, so there are no disruptions to our daily lives. Modern amenities such as a well-equipped gym and a clubhouse are available for residents, providing great options for fitness and social activities. Safety is paramount in our community, with CCTV cameras placed strategically around the premises and a security guard on duty 24/7, giving all residents peace of mind.

Several issues detract from the overall living experience in the society. Painting is not done on time, and elevators are not well-maintained, leading to inconvenience for residents. The committee members are inactive, which affects the proper management of the society. There is a lack of ventilation, and frequent seepage and termite problems persist. The gym and clubhouse are small and not well-maintained, limiting their usability. Additionally, the neighbors are unfriendly and uncooperative, which hampers community harmony. There is also a problematic individual living near the back gate of the society who frequently bothers residents. Despite informing a local politician and the police, no action has been taken against this person.

Additionally, elevators are installed and well-maintained for easy access to all floors, enhancing our convenience. We benefit from uninterrupted access to essential utilities such as 24/7 electricity and water supply, while the excellent construction quality of our homes guarantees durability and comfort. There are no issues of seepage or termite infestation, with proper ventilation and high-quality plaster and fittings adding to our well-being.

Maintenance was top-notch, and elevators were serviced regularly. There was 24x7 water and electricity supply with no interruptions. The construction of the building was also good, and it primarily housed families, creating a good crowd. Residents celebrated all functions, festivals, and organized numerous get-togethers, fostering a strong sense of community. People were cooperative and sociable. Safety was ensured with CCTV coverage across all areas. Overall, it was a very positive experience living in�that�society.

Local transportation are easily approachable nearby the society. Roads outside the society are very well developed. Build quality was great. Leakage, leakage problems were not there in that society. Allotted parking for owners and visitors are available in this society. Lifts are very well maintained and timely serviceable. People were very friendly and there was no discrimination that was done between the tenants and the owners in that society. 4x7 water, electricity supply was available in this society. Security guards were there on an entrance and CCTVs were also there in all the areas. Safety of the society residents was basically�ensured.
Things need improvement
Public transport facilities are a concern in this society. The nearest bus stop is 1 km away, the railway station is also quite far, and metros are not available nearby. Additionally, the society lacks amenities; it's a small, basic, older construction type with only a small park and no other�amenities.

Despite being a 7-floor building, there is no lift installed. Additionally, there is no provision for visitor parking. One aspect that I dislike the most about this society is the unfriendly crowd where everyone keeps to themselves and lacks a sense of community. Additionally, the lack of amenities is disappointing, with only a lift and parking provided. We have many buses available, and the metro is under construction. There is a market near our society. Adequate parking is allotted to all residents. We ensure timely maintenance of the elevators, and garbage cleaning is done once a day. We quickly resolve any issues that arise, although they rarely happen. Our society has a gym, clubhouse, pool, and open spaces. Many residents here have pets like dogs and cats, and our society is pet-friendly. Everything is good in the entire society.
