The build quality of the apartment was excellent, with no issues regarding imperfections, and the rooms were spacious. The lifts were also well-maintained. The society had 24/7 water and electricity supply. In my opinion, families should not prefer to live in this society due to its locality. However, it is very suitable and reasonable for bachelors, with affordable�rent�options.
The society has limited parking space, with only a few flats having allocated parking, and there is no visitor parking available. It is located just outside the main city, making transportation options like the railway station, metro, and auto cabs difficult to access. Bus services are available but are a bit far from the society. The building is standard and old, lacking amenities like a park or office. A private gym was present but has been closed for a long time. Security is also lacking, with frequent guard changes and limited CCTV surveillance, only available at�the�entrance.

Local transportation are easily approachable nearby the society. Roads outside the society are very well developed. Build quality was great. Leakage, leakage problems were not there in that society. Allotted parking for owners and visitors are available in this society. Lifts are very well maintained and timely serviceable. People were very friendly and there was no discrimination that was done between the tenants and the owners in that society. 4x7 water, electricity supply was available in this society. Security guards were there on an entrance and CCTVs were also there in all the areas. Safety of the society residents was basically�ensured.
Public transport facilities are a concern in this society. The nearest bus stop is 1 km away, the railway station is also quite far, and metros are not available nearby. Additionally, the society lacks amenities; it's a small, basic, older construction type with only a small park and no other�amenities.

We have many buses available, and the metro is under construction. There is a market near our society. Adequate parking is allotted to all residents. We ensure timely maintenance of the elevators, and garbage cleaning is done once a day. We quickly resolve any issues that arise, although they rarely happen. Our society has a gym, clubhouse, pool, and open spaces. Many residents here have pets like dogs and cats, and our society is pet-friendly. Everything is good in the entire society.
