Good things here
The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage, leakage, or termite issues, and homes have proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings. Each resident has a designated parking facility, and garbage collection is regular. Electricity and water supply are reliable. Connectivity is good, with easily accessible public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs, and the roads are in good condition. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, and we celebrate each festival together. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and a security guard available.
Things need improvement
The society doesn't have key amenities like a gym, garden, play area, swimming pool, or clubs. Without these, residents miss out on places for exercise, relaxation, and socializing, which could make living here even better. These amenities would greatly enhance our daily lives and community experience.

Good things here
Connectivity is quite good here with proper parking spaces available and autos, cabs and rickshaws easily accessible. The maintenance of the society is also great, the cleanliness is taken care of , no issues regarding water supply or electric supply. People here are also very good and engaging, on sundays when everyone is free , we also play games like badminton or cricket together.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is something that i cannot vouch upon, there are issues regarding seepage and cracks in the bathroom walls. Also, there are no amenities such as gyms, swimming pools available. I think these should be made available in the society as ones who want to participate, have to go to far off distances.

The society has excellent connectivity with easy access to autos, cabs, metro, and a nearby railway station. The roads are of good quality, ensuring smooth travel. Maintenance is top-notch with reliable lift services, regular cleaning, efficient garbage collection, and periodic water tank cleaning. The neighborhood offers basic amenities like gardens, a children's play area, and parks.
Things need improvement
The amenities are severely lacking, with no swimming pool, gym, or clubs available. The neighborhood lacks a friendly atmosphere, which impacts community interactions and social cohesion. The construction is decent, although there are some issues with seepage and cracks.

Good things here
There are a few positives in this society. The maintenance, although just below average, ensures a basic level of upkeep. The community atmosphere is friendly, and the location offers decent connectivity. With some enhancements, this place has the potential to be much better.
Things need improvement
The roads are in terrible condition and poorly maintained. The overall maintenance is abysmal, and the construction quality is very bad , with numerous issues cropping up frequently. The lack of even basic amenities makes daily life challenging, and to top it off, the residents are not cooperative, which affects the community atmosphere negatively.

Good things here
The housing society boasts excellent connectivity with easy access to buses, autos, and cabs, alongside well-maintained roads. Regular garbage collection with segregation of wet and dry waste ensures cleanliness. Elevators operate smoothly, and there's reliable electricity and water supply. The construction quality is superb, free from termite issues, with proper ventilation and quality fittings.
Things need improvement
However, there are issues with leakage and seepage, and the lack of amenities like a swimming pool, gym, garden, parks, clubs, and play areas for children is a drawback.

Good things here
The only thing that was good there was connectivity because schools, hospitals, everything was available nearby and public transport was also easily available.
Things need improvement
There were a lot of restrictions for tenants, parking was not available. If you were a tenant, you either had to buy parking from the owner of any flat of the committee, or you had to pay the tax outside the committee at your own risk and in the society. Even after paying the maintenance charges, extra charges had to be paid for the facilities, and a tenant, and there were a lot of seepage issues in the flats and a lot of termite infestation. The construction quality was very poor.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is excellent, local railway station, metro station and bus stand are at walkable distance. Society is very maintained, neat and clean and hygienic environment. Crowd of the people is very friendly and helpful.
Things need improvement
Parking is the major drawback in the society, there is no space for the parking. There are no amenities present in the society.
