The residents are friendly, well-educated, and kind. The construction quality is top-notch, with spacious rooms and good ventilation. Additionally, the balconies and connectivity are great. Within 2 km, there are amenities like a gym, children's play area, community hall, clubhouse, table tennis, swimming pool, and gardens.
The parking space in the society is congested, causing challenges for residents. This issue needs immediate attention to improve convenience and accessibility for everyone.

Connectivity is good with cabs and Ola available within walking distance, and Uber accessible in the city. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking areas are very spacious. Metro stations are available within 1 km from the city, making it very convenient. Facilities are also within a walkable distance, making the area very convenient. There are plenty of shopping areas nearby, and associations are very close-knit and supportive.
Maintenance is not good in this city's society. The lift sometimes faces issues that are very inconvenient. There are a lot of traffic issues on the roads around the society, making it very inconvenient.

Two years ago, I moved out of this society. During my time there, the living environment was peaceful because it was a bit away from the main road. This is a small society with around 38 families residing here, so it's less crowded, and almost all the residents know each other. The location is also good, with many IT Parks nearby, within walking distance of the community. There are small grocery stores and a few schools around 500 meters from the society. The power backup options are good. There are a few amenities available such as a kids' swimming pool, a small play area, good elevators, etc.
This society was constructed only five years ago but faces significant challenges. The quality of construction is poor, with frequent cracks in walls. Maintenance services, including garbage collection, are inadequate, and always problems with the water supply. Security is also lacking, with only one or two guards employed, funded by maintenance charges from residents. Community gates are often left open, allowing unauthorized entry. The surrounding slum areas and unfavorable environment. Th parking options are also poor.

Maintenance includes regular cleaning and timely garbage collection to upkeep cleanliness. We benefit from reliable power backup, and the lift functions efficiently. Proper painting is conducted every five years to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the buildings. Construction-wise, there are no leakage issues, and rooms are well-ventilated, ensuring comfort. The surrounding community is friendly and welcoming, fostering a pleasant living environment.
Parking space congestion is causing inconvenience to residents. Furthermore, there are ongoing water supply issues within the society that need immediate attention and resolution to improve overall living conditions.

Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. The greenery of the society is very good and creates a decent atmosphere. Security is very good; there are a lot of CCTV cameras in the main area, and the security guards are also working well in the society.
There is no visitor parking area in the society, so visitors have to park outside the gate of the society, which is very inconvenient. Amenities like the gym are not well-equipped; the maintenance is average for the rest. There are traffic issues near the society, which is very inconvenient.

The water here isn't great; it's often dirty with mud and dust, so they really need to clean the tanks more often. The bathroom water smells bad too, which is worrying. And the buildings have issues like leaks and cracks, showing they weren't built well. Maintenance costs are high, and there's no big hospital nearby for emergencies. It's a bit of a hassle.
