Abhinav Residency is a ready-to-move project which is situated in Bhosale Nagar, Pune. It offers skillfully designed and spacious 2 BHK and 3 BHK properties at affordable prices. It includes all resident-centric amenities.

I work in Kharadi which is about 15 km away from my residence in Abhinav Residency. The other IT hubs such as Magarpatta and Hinjewadi are also easily reachable. It connects to all important roads.

Abhinav Residency is strategically located in Bhosale, keeping in mind the convenience of the residents. Prominent schools, colleges, hospitals, and shopping malls are in proximity. Public transport is readily available, however, traffic movement is slow.

The poor drinking water supplied in Bhosale is what bothers the residents of Abhinav Residency. However, Abhinav Residency has several amenities to cater to the needs of the residents. It is a good place otherwise.
