Good things here
This small community comprises approximately 30 families, all of whom are friendly and welcoming. The society boasts excellent connectivity within a 1km radius, and schools, supermarkets, and bus stops are easily accessible. The nearest metro station is approximately 3. 5 km away. Garbage collection occurs daily, and regular cleaning ensures a tidy environment. The society is equipped with excellent power backup systems throughout. Monthly maintenance charges amount to around 2000 per month. There are various amenities available within the society, including a recreational hall for community gatherings and ample parking options. The construction of the society took place around 7 to 8 years ago, and there have been no complaints regarding water leakages. Inside the flats, there is good ventilation.
Things need improvement
There is a drainage issue near the society, and it's not well-maintained, resulting in a foul smell. Additionally, the water supply is inadequate, as the management relies on tankers, which is also ineffective.

Good things here
Transportation is very good in this society, with cabs and autos easily available. There is a market nearby, making everything accessible from the society. Public transportation, including bus services, is available within a walkable distance from the society. The metro is available within 200 meters, making it very convenient. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Facilities like a grocery store and supermarket are available and mostly within walking distance from the society. Maintenance is very efficient in the society. It is a small community within the society.
Things need improvement
Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, and table tennis are not available in the society. There is dissatisfaction about these issues within the society.

Good things here
The society offers ample parking space and well-designed apartments, including spacious 3 BHK rooms with excellent ventilation. Essential amenities such as bus stops, supermarkets, malls, schools, and hospitals are within 1 km. The road quality is good, with proper parking and functioning streetlights. Maintenance is commendable, with daily cleaning and regular garbage collection. Rooms are well-ventilated, contributing to a comfortable living environment, and the area is considered secure.
Things need improvement
The society is plagued by water leakages on walls, and there are complaints about the behavior of some residents, contributing to a generally disruptive atmosphere.
