The housing society has many positive aspects. While interactions with neighbours are minimal, they are good and respectful. There is a security guard available, ensuring safety. Connectivity is excellent, with buses, autos, and cabs easily accessible, and the roads are in good condition. Regular garbage collection is done with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Essential facilities like schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. Each resident has designated parking, and rules are followed diligently. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there is a reliable 24/7 supply of electricity and water. The construction quality is excellent, with no termite issues, proper ventilation, and plenty of sunlight. Modern amenities like a gym, play area, swimming pool, garden, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained.
Even with all of the advantages, there are a few important problems that still require care. The building has seepage and leakage issues, which, if left unattended, could cause more harm. In addition, there are structural fissures that cast doubt on the buildings general durability and security.

The society offers an abundance of amenities, including two swimming pools, two clubhouses, sports areas, gyms, kids' play areas, and garden spaces, among others. Allocated parking spaces for both owners and visitors add to the convenience. With excellent water, electricity, and security services, along with efficient maintenance, it's indeed a great place to live. Additionally, the society's growing popularity is evident, with many commercial establishments choosing to locate there. The connectivity is also excellent, with public and local transport available within a minute's walking distance from the society.
The construction quality is generally good compared to other developments, although some units are experiencing seepage issues, which the owners must address. The managing committee deals primarily with common issues, leaving individual unit concerns to the owners.

The society enjoys good connectivity, with public transport options like autos, buses, and cabs available within walking distance outside. Nearby, there are local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. The roads are well-maintained, and street lights are effective. There are no issues with water logging due to a well-functioning drainage system. Maintenance services are efficient, ensuring a clean environment. Garbage collection is punctual. Rooms in the society are well-ventilated. Elevators function properly and receive timely maintenance. CCTV cameras are operational, enhancing security within the society.
There are frequent issues with seepage and leakage in the society, indicating poor construction quality. The walls are notably weak, exacerbating these problems.

Everything in the society was really good. The connectivity was great, with easy access to Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs. Maintenance and construction were excellent, with no major issues. The amenities available were plentiful, and the neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming. Security was tight, and there were no problems with parking or CCTV. Overall, it was a pleasant place to live.
There was one main issue in the society. Even though we paid for the amenities, we couldn't use them freely because there were set timings for their use. This was quite inconvenient as it restricted our access. Other than that, everything else was good.

The things which I like about this society is that Public transport is easily available, including buses, autos and cabs. The ventilation in my home is proper and garbage collection is regular. The gym and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. My neighbors are very nice and friendly, always supporting each other in times of need.
However, there are some issues with the tiles fitting. Additionally, my neighbors keep their dustbins in front of their doors and even after few reminders there has been no change.

The build quality of the society is excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage. All modern amenities are available, and the bus stand is conveniently located within walking distance, ensuring great connectivity. The rooms in the society are spacious and well-isolated, and residents benefit from 24/7 water and electricity supply.
Tenants are required to pay an additional fee to use any of the amenities in the society, and unfortunately, there are no power backup facilities available.

Private bus and govwrnment buses was easily available, that was my mode of travel from the society. The connectivity is okay. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The neighbours are good, all of us knew each other well, people are good and friendly.
There are no lifts in the society. It's just 3 to 4 floor building aloted for PG. There are no Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house are available in the society.

Fine connectivity, auto and cabs are easily accessible, garbage is collected on time, lift is well maintained, proper ventilation and gym and parks are available.
Issues with leakage, walls contain moisture, security is not high in morning, podium is slippery, swimming pool has leakage, no near by hospitals, gardens are not maintained properly, disturbance due to metro construction, and seepage problem

Construction quality of the units were top-notch, no leakage and seepage issues. Connectivity was great, schools hospitals were nearby the society. Neighbours were very kind and helpful. Society has adopted proper garbage disposable system.
Tenants were charged extra to use any of the facilities like gym, swimming pool,clubhouse. Power back up facilities has not been adopted.
