The society boasts a favorable location, contributing to its overall appeal and desirability. Excellent connectivity is ensured with various modes of public transportation readily available outside the society premises, including auto-rickshaws, buses, rickshaws, and cabs. Ample parking space is provided to all residents, eliminating any parking-related concerns. The well-maintained road conditions further enhance the accessibility and convenience for residents. Regular garbage collection and timely pest control measures are implemented, contributing to the cleanliness and comfort of the surroundings. Timely paintings and waterproofing activities are carried out, preserving the aesthetics and structural integrity of the society. Elevators and other amenities such as CCTV systems are meticulously maintained. The friendly, educated, and cooperative nature of neighbors fosters a sense of community and camaraderie within the society. Recreational facilities such as running tracks and a badminton court are available, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle among residents. The society's pet-friendly policies accommodate furry companions.
Things need improvement
Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society but it is not operational at the moment. Walls are very weak and damp issues are faced a lot, the construction quality is very poor. Seepage and leakage issues are seen in kitchens. Internal problems has to be done by the residents, society does not take any responsibility.

Good things here
Living in the society has been quite comfortable, thanks to its excellent maintenance standards. The presence of power backup ensures that we don't face any power cuts, providing uninterrupted electricity supply. Additionally, the consistent water supply adds to the convenience of daily life. I'm reassured by the good security measures in place, which contribute to a sense of safety and peace of mind. Having no problems with parking is also a relief, as it eliminates one potential source of stress. The construction quality of the society is commendable, with no issues of seepage and well-ventilated flats. Furthermore, having amenities like a garden, clubhouse, and swimming pool adds to the overall quality of life here. The easy accessibility of public transport and the presence of nearby schools and hospitals further enhance the convenience of living in this society.
Things need improvement
Overall, living in the society has been quite pleasant, with no major issues to report. However, the ongoing construction work in the surrounding area, particularly for a mall and other societies being built, has led to increased traffic congestion. While this is currently the only problem we're facing.

Good things here
There are very good options in nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants around the society. Connectivity is good. the road conditions around the society are perfectly fine, street light are properly functional at night as well. The maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained Regularly garbage collection is done by the society. CCTV are installed all over the society. The rooms are properly ventilated with access to sunlight in all rooms. The construction quality of the buildings are quite commendable. No seapage and leakage issues has happened. Water logging issues are not faced at all. Garden, parks and club house is available in amenities. All Amenities like swimmingpool, park, club house are available in the society. My neighbours are very good and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Most of the time elevators are not functional and maintenance is not done on time. Power cuts and fluctuations happens a lot. Swimming pool water is not cleaned on time.

Despite its strong points, the society's construction quality is disappointing, evident from widespread seepage issues in both the bathrooms and houses. This detracts significantly from an otherwise pleasant living experience, requiring constant maintenance attention.

Good things here
Connectivity here is great. Local market is very near nearly less than 5km. Construction quality is great. Maintanance is good here. Swimming pool, clubhouse everything is available here. Community here is very supportive and helpful. Parking is decent. Cabs and autos are eaisly available.

The metro station is nearby, and the local market is about 3 km away. The society offers basic amenities.

The open space of the society is very nice , there is a lot of greenery in the garden of the society

Connectivity of the society is good metro is available nearby cab facility as also good, and elevated roads are also easily accessible. all required facilities like CCTV cameras, security systems, and other things are installed in the society. there has never been a problem related to water seepage or waterlogging. all required facilities are available within the society. all festivals are celebrated in the society and everyone gets involved in the events hosted by the society. malls and markets are near the society so i do not have to go far.
Things need improvement
Parking is a bit of an issue in the society. parking easily blocks ho jaati hai society ki because of the way how it is made. mobile network connectivity in the area is a bit of miss or match kabhi kabhi network poore aate hai sometimes it becomes an issue.

The residential project offers excellent transportation facilities too. The price is a bit higher but it is worth the investment. i like it here
