Good things here
The society is well-regarded, boasting security guards and CCTV cameras for enhanced safety. Its location is exceptional, with essential amenities within a 5-minute travel distance, including bus stops, markets, schools, hospitals, and restaurants. Amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, kids' play area, community hall, table tennis, walking track, and garden are well-functioning. Maintenance is good, with secure elevators, reliable water and power supply, and daily cleaning, including garbage collection. Construction provides good ventilation, particularly on balconies. The community fosters a friendly and helpful atmosphere.
Things need improvement
There are some cracks on the walls within the society, indicating potential structural issues that need attention to ensure the safety and integrity of the buildings.

Good things here
The society had the MyGate app for security. Cleanliness was maintained well, and there was 24/7 water supply even in summers. All modern amenities in the society were well-maintained. Autos, buses, and cabs were easily accessible from the society.
Things need improvement
There was a slight leakage issue in my flat, mainly in the kitchen. Festivals were celebrated, but sometimes there were conflicts among residents regarding the celebrations.
