The locality of the society was excellent, with easily approachable transportation options nearby. The build quality was top-notch, with no issues of leakage or sewage problems. The rooms were spacious and well-ventilated. Each flat had an allocated parking slot, ensuring convenience for vehicle owners. There was a 24x7 water and electricity supply available. The society had stringent security measures in place, with guards stationed at each gate to ensure safety. Regular cleaning was maintained, with routine mopping and sweeping conducted throughout the society. The residents were friendly and kind, fostering a welcoming and cooperative community atmosphere. Overall, the society provided a comfortable and secure living�environment.
The apartment building was a stand-alone structure with no amenities like a swimming pool, park, or clubhouse. The only facilities provided were lifts and parking. However, parking was not allocated specifically for residents; visitors had to park outside the premises. This lack of amenities and organized parking arrangements was a notable drawback�of�the�society.

Amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and park are available and well-maintained, along with well-maintained lifts. Fire safety features including fire extinguishers are in place, and there is 24x7 security with CCTVs covering all areas. The community members are friendly and cooperative. However, it's worth noting that pets are not allowed, and there are strict rules and regulations for pet owners�to�follow.
Public transportation facilities are not readily available near the society, which is a major drawback. There is no nearby metro station, the nearest railway stations are far away, bus services are not frequent, and airports are also located at a considerable�distance.

Parking space was provided for everyone. Ola and Uber were available. Garbage collection was done daily, and segregation was practiced. All amenities were present in the society. Water was available 24/7. Sunlight properly entered. Flats were well-ventilated. The building was not affected by earthquakes. There were no leaks or cracks on the walls. There was a fire exit in the society. The painting was done well.
People weren't that friendly. Pets weren't allowed in the society. Local transportation vehicles weren't easily available. There was no separate parking for visitors. The society was located deep inside from the main road.

With essential services such as schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, our daily errands are convenient and hassle-free. Each resident enjoys designated parking spaces, contributing to a well-organized and orderly environment. Connectivity is excellent, with easily accessible public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs, ensuring seamless travel experiences. The well-maintained roads further enhance our commuting convenience. We also benefit from regular garbage collection services, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste promoting cleanliness and sustainability. Moreover, elevators are installed and meticulously maintained for easy access to all floors. One of the highlights of our neighborhood is the excellent construction quality of our homes, ensuring durability and longevity. There are no issues of seepage or termite infestation, and proper ventilation, along with high-quality plaster and fittings, adds to our comfort and well-being. But perhaps what truly sets our neighborhood apart is the sense of community. Our neighbors are not just friendly and welcoming; they are also humble and considerate, making our living experience even more enjoyable. Safety is also prioritized, with CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard ensuring our peace of mind at all times. In addition to all these amenities, we also have access to modern facilities like a gym and clubhouse, which are well-maintained for our enjoyment and relaxation.
Having resided here for quite some time, I find the environment comfortable, especially considering that many residents are Marathi speakers. Overall, I have no complaints about my experience living here.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Road and street lights are in working condition. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is always available. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
Build quality is not that commendable. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues happens. Swimming pool is not available in the society.

The best thing about the society is its location. Connectivity is excellent with a local market, schools, and hospitals nearby. Bus services are conveniently accessible, with a bus stop located just in front of the society's gate. Auto cabs are also easily available. The build quality is top-notch, without any leakage or seepage issues. Amenities such as a clubhouse, park, and gym are available and well-maintained. Fire safety features are also implemented in the society. Festivals and functions are celebrated grandly. Allotted parking spaces are available for both owners and visitors. Waste management practices are in place, including the segregation of dry and wet garbage, ensuring cleanliness is maintained�in�the�society.
The drawback of this society is the lack of nearby public transport facilities. The railway station is approximately 2 km away, and the metro, although under construction, is also at a distance of 2-3 km. The airport is further away, about 20 km from the society. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Balcony is available in all appartments, It is spacious. Other facilities like gym, parks,club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Power backup is available only for common areas in the society. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. But it is repaired on time. swimmingpool is not available in the society, paly area is small. It is not a pet friendly society, pets are not allowed. Only single girls are allowed, single boys are not allowed to stay in the society. Visitor's parking is not allowed in the society. Peagion issues and some drop off issues are faced. Lift is available but sometimes during power cut it gets jammed.
