Things need improvement
The distance from the main road, which results in longer commute times and limited access to public transportation and essential services. Another drawback is the reported water issues within the society, which can disrupt daily routines and impact the convenience of living. Additionally, despite the great landscaping, the carpet area of the housing units is noted to be small, potentially limiting living space and storage options for residents. Addressing these challenges, particularly improving connectivity and resolving water supply issues, could enhance the overall living experience and satisfaction of residents in this housing society.

Excellent connectivity with easy access to public transport like autos and cabs. Nearby local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants for added convenience. Well-maintained society with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene. Timely garbage collection and pest control services ensure a pleasant living environment. High-quality construction minimizes issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Friendly and cooperative neighbors foster a strong sense of community. Reliable water supply without any issues. No major electricity problems experienced in the society. Effective drainage system prevents waterlogging inside or outside the society. Enhanced security measures including CCTV surveillance and security guards. Well-maintained lifts for convenient access to different floors. Timely maintenance, including painting, contributes to the overall upkeep of the society.
Things need improvement
Those additional facilities like the gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids are not available in the society. Despite the absence of these amenities, the society still offers a comfortable and convenient living environment with its other features and services.

Good things here
Outside the society, all types of public transport like autos and rickshaws are easily available, and there's a bus stop nearby too. Covered parking is allotted. Around the society, grocery stores, markets, and local shops are all conveniently located. Cleaning and hygiene standards are excellent. The lift and CCTV systems are well-maintained. The construction quality is good, with great ventilation and no issues like seepage. Festivals are celebrated enthusiastically.
Things need improvement
Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse are not available in the society. However, there is a shortage of parking space, especially for cars, based on the number of flats.

The construction of Raunak Heights is very much appreciable. The flats have been witnessing all the necessary facilities and amenities like the presence of well-constructed and wide roads, very much spacious and comfortable lanes, playgrounds to play and swimming pools. The club and the community gate add ups to the star and gathers attention. The security and maintenance purpose is all kept in concern while hiring staff. my family is very comfortable and enjoying the days here.
