Good things here
Location advantage as the property is near to the central Taloja with all daily needs and requirements easily available. While there are schools and medical facility nearby, proximity to metro junction is the major advantage of the property.

Things need improvement
The society maintenance could have been better if all residents (generally work class) put their hands together and contribute rather than ignore. It has basic amenities like security, cleaning staff and spacious premises, however Water cuts by CIDCO out of controllable purview can be managed if members take turn in managing the water storage in sync with the water cut timings
